Frequently asked Question

1. How quickly do you ship?

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped that day.
Orders after 2pm will be shipped next business day
All orders placed on Weekends will be shipped on Monday.

2. Can you Expedite shipping – I need it yesterday?

Yes, message us ASAP or call office at (609) 879-3121 before 2pm preferably.
There will be added postage cost but we are here to help whenever we can.

3. What if I need to return an item?

No problem at all.
Just ship item back to us at:

We will issue a full refund upon return of item

4. What if I need a replacement?

Send us a message stating your order # and what you need replaced.

5. My order tracking says delivered but I haven’t received it?

This happens at times. We use UPS and USPS for shipping most of our items and sometimes their scanning gets ahead of them.
We ask that you wait 1-2 days and it will usually show up then.

6. Do you keep our credit info?

No we do not keep any financial information such as credit cards etc.
All of our payment processing is through Stripe & PayPal and only they possess that information.

7. Do I have to apply an epoxy coating?

No we do not. We have no interest in compromising our customers personal information.
